Q2 of 2022 has been amazing for me on many levels. Although I had known for some time that I was getting ready for the next level in my life and business, for quite a while I felt on the brink of that success, but not IN it.
And like my last life coach, Christina Fletcher, recently reminded me, we are spiritual beings having a human experience and we’re not whole all the time, and that’s ok.
At the end of 2021 and beginning of 2022 I felt like I was sitting in a bucket of shit. Definitely the opposite of feeling whole and grounded. And yet, I was aware that I needed that contrast before I could step into the next version of myself.
Then, about March – April time I did a few things that shifted everything for me.
Clarity
With the help of my life coach, my numerologist, my business support group and through two challenges run by Tash Corbin, I gained more clarity around what I wanted.
I decided I was going to pay my debt and that was my only focus.
Financial Bleeding
With the help of a numerologist and of my sister, I started looking at where financial bleeding was occurring in my personal life and in business, and what past actions of mine could have contributed to that.
Synchronicity has it that around that time Tash Corbin was running her famous #fastmoneychallenge, which helped me get focused on the amount of money I wanted to make and gave it all a purpose. I had debt I wanted to pay and I calculated what pretty much every penny would get spent on, then I detached from the numbers and trusted that the Divine was going to help me.
I also got more comfortable looking at my finances. I hadn’t looked at my direct debits or business income tracker for a while, or if I had it was fleetingly. I was surprised to find that I had been paying £12/month for about two years for a domain I never actually used.
I also found other expenses that I didn’t actually need and removed them.
Action
With the help of my business mentor, Rachel Aiken, my new decision and focus expanded through setting intentions for the quarter. I made a list of the actions I could take to achieve my goals and I was totally ok with how the Universe was going to bring that money to me. I did not get attached to the HOW. But I committed to doing my part.
And another habit I have created with Rachel’s help, which has been beneficial, is the weekly /monthly /quarterly review. Because when I pivoted from running an OBM agency to being a launch consultant I let my team go, I slipped into the habit of not using Asana, my project management tool, and not doing the periodical review. I think it was also a money mindset issue because I was avoiding looking at my money.
Trust
Trusting that the Universe would do its part while I was doing mine was a huge change for me. Imagine me, a control freak in many respects, stemming from a need for safety, trusting that something outside of me was going to play a big part in the result!!!
I chose to trust that the clients I was calling in, who were ready to work with me, and with whom I would also grow spirituality with, together, would be guided my way. And they were!!
I chose to focus on delivering the best possible client experience I could instead of ‘I have to get 3 clients’.
I practised daily gratitude (this is one of my daily habits) and daily reminded myself of my goal, but without emotional attachment. I trusted that if it was the right thing and the right time for me, it would happen. All I had to do was keep my side of the bargain.
As a result, this has been the most at ease experience I have had to date. The money came in, exceeded my goals, I am working with some truly amazing women, and I feel like an instrument of love (thanks Gabby Bernstein) used by the Divine to guide the people I work with.
Thank you!
