Many people still associate launches with overwhelm and stress. Do you?
I remember that before doing the Online Business Manager (OBM) certification course I hadn’t even heard of a launch. And when I had to do a launch plan as part of the homework for getting my certification, it really did feel overwhelming. I was trying to follow the steps given to me in the sample project, but I still didn’t quite understand what I was doing…
…until I started working as an OBM, and planned and executed launches with my clients.
At the same time I invested in more courses, mentorship, other resources, and with practice, I came to understand and actually enjoy doing launches. So much so that now I help my consulting clients to plan and execute their launches with EASE, in a way that feels AUTHENTIC to them, without following traditional formulas.
So, if you are at the beginning stage when it comes to launching, or even if you have launched your online course or program several times before, but did not achieve the level of success that you desired, then I invite you to check if you have covered all these 4 essential pillars:
- Strategy
- Plan
- Execution
- Mindset
They are all equally important.
The Launch Strategy will help you determine the overall launch vision, it’s what you set out to do to achieve your launch goals.
The Launch Plan is your detailed action plan that tells you exactly what steps you need to take in order to achieve your launch goals.
The Execution?!…you can already tell how important it is. You can have the best launch strategy and the best launch plan in the world, but if you do not execute on it, then how can the launch actually happen? How else would you get your desired results?
The Launch Mindset is a set of beliefs and behaviours that can sabotage your launch. It can also influence it in a positive way, but that’s usually after a lot of mindset work. Generally, it gets in our way. If you believe that your launch will fail, it will most likely fail. If you procrastinate, overthink or overcomplicate things, or adopt all sorts of self-sabotaging behaviours, they are going to get in the way of you executing your launch. Mindset is just as important as strategy. It’s just as important as a solid launch plan. It’s a core part of the execution, in my opinion.
I integrate all 4 pillars into the launches that I help my clients with, and I recommend that you do too.
To your launch success!
